About the role

Part-time - 22.5hrs per week (salary pro-rata)

The expected working hours/days of the post are:- Mon 9 to 5pm, Tuesday 9-5pm and Friday 9-4.30pm

Are you looking for a position that is challenging, rewarding, interesting and fast paced?Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Localities Business Support Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join the service. We are looking for a candidate who is flexible, dynamic and solution-focused, with experience in business support for frontline and operational services.

Providing front-line reception support and administrative support to the Strengthening Families teams. Providing support to and signposting members of the public to the appropriate professional within Northamptonshire Children's Trust.

What will you be doing?

You will provide an effective, polite and courteous welcoming service to our visitors, within a Children’s Service locations.

Co-ordinating events effectively, taking meeting bookings and ensuring the location is prepared appropriately.

You will respond to queries and requests for support from the teams within the location and work closely and jointly with the Administrators as required to ensure continuity of support for Children’s Services.

Whilst based at Kingsthorpe Children’s Centre, you may need to cover other locations as and when required.

About you
