About the role
The Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Business Support Team.
Our MASH team work alongside partners and agencies in order to identify and assess the risks and needs of children at the earliest possible opportunity. Our aim is always to respond with the most effective, joined up actions and make the right decisions for the right families at the right time.
These are two fixed term maternity roles available; 1 until March 2024 and 1 until June 2024.
What will you be doing?
Your valuable contribution will be to work closely with our dedicated and passionate social workers and MASH Officers to deliver a high quality service to the children and families of Northamptonshire. We are often busy and the work can be pressurised so it is important that you thrive in this type of fast paced environment.
You will be creating, updating and maintaining sensitive records and providing administrative support. You will be monitoring the team’s email box and responding efficiently to messages and requests. You will be gathering data, monitoring and tracking referrals amongst other things.
Due to the nature and location of this role, successful applicants will be required to complete a Police Vetting process
About you
You are an experienced Business Support/ Administrator that has supported operational delivery
You have excellent IT, numeracy, analytical skills and pay attention to the detail.
You are an excellent communicator, experienced in using multiple channels effectively
You thrive in pressured environments and have experience of working with a fast changing, dynamic workplace.
