Are you looking for a position that is challenging, rewarding, interesting and fast paced?
Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is looking for two enthusiastic and dedicated team players to support the Family Time Team (formally Supervised Contact Team). This service supports children separated from their families spending quality time together. We are looking for candidates who enjoy networking with multi agency professionals, solution-focused, with experience in business support. You will be required to meet daily deadlines, working in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment.
What will you be doing?
- Being part of a service that enables families to spend nurturing, fun and family-focused time together
- Work with the co-ordinators to maintain the service and our buildings to a high standard
- Work with the co-ordinators to support the staff; their wellbeing, recruitment, induction and monitor staff training records
- Support the service in using management and planning tools to arrange activities and family time sessions
- To support and provide effective reception cover at all buildings as needed
- Minute taking
About you
Both posts will need to cover for each other and must have access to a car, due to the need of travelling across the county. One post will be based in Kettering but will be covering other locations in the North of the county. The other post will be based in Northampton but will be covering other locations in the West of the county.
