We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, dedicated and organised administrator to join our newly established Child Exploitation Hub.
Located at the Criminal Justice Centre (CJC) on the Brackmills Industrial Estate, the Child Exploitation Hub houses police officers, social workers, youth workers, early intervention practitioners, and health professionals, who all specialise in safeguarding children and young people who are at risk of exploitation. Education and other support services will be virtually integrated into the hub to provide support and guidance.
The role is office based however, after a successful training period we would consider some hybrid working. Hours are fixed to meet the needs of the service and would be Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:30 and Friday 09:00-17:00.

What will you be doing?
Providing a comprehensive, confidential range of effective administrative support for our Child Exploitation Hub which includes;
Support with tracking systems and maintaining and producing accurate data, using Microsoft Excel.
Support with panel and multi-agency processes to include invites, setting up meetings and taking minutes.
About you
- You are positive, solution-focused and flexible, with experience in business support or administration.
- You are a confident user of Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and other IT applications
- Experience in minute taking and touch typing is essential, as this will be a key task for this role.
- You are approachable and find it easy to build effective working relationships with professionals
- You have experience of working in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment.
