About the role
We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to provide support to 2 very busy Strategic Managers within Children’s Social Care.
You will split your time between supporting the Strategic Manager for the Multi Agency Safeguarding Hub (MASH) and Duty and Assessment Teams (DAAT) and the Strategic Manager for Safeguarding. You will be responsible for ensuring that trackers used within the services are kept up to date and that data from these trackers is collated and presented to the Strategic Manager for use in service reports.
A large part of the role will be to assist the service in ensuring that their Establishment (headcount) is accurate and that agency workers contracts are extended in good time and that all the recruitment requests have the necessary approval.
You will also be required to organise meetings and in some cases will be required to take minutes. Other duties will involve a wide range of administrative skills including liaising with other services such as finance and HR, assisting in the tracking of complaints, booking meeting rooms and organising events.
You will be exposed to very sensitive information regarding children and families which is held on a central social care system. You will receive training to enable you to extract information from this system to support the service trackers.
For an informal discussion or further information please contact Tracy Bottomley 07967 229010 or email tracy.bottomley@nctrust.co.uk
