About the role

Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Placements & Commissioning are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join the service. We are looking for candidates who are flexible, dynamic, and solution-focused, with experience in business support for the Placement & Brokerage services. This post supports our Placement & Commissioning Team.

Currently the Team are hybrid working, based at One Angel Square, Northampton.

What will you be doing?

The role will require you to undertake the administration tasks for the team, maintain data information and minute take Team Meetings. Ensure records are accurate and up to date in relation to the Placement Team data systems
  
Liaise with Social Worker teams, external agencies and representatives as appropriate in matters relating to the clerical/administrative procedures for the service.
 
Work closely and jointly with the other service members as required to ensure continuity of support for Children Services and undertake other tasks as appropriate to the role to meet the needs of the business.

About you

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires good verbal and written communication skills.

This role requires you to be child focused and able to manage a high volume of sensitive information.
