About the role

Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Localities Business Support Team is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated team player to join the Safeguarding Business Support Team in Wellingborough, offering administrative support to Social Work teams. We are looking for a candidate who enjoys networking with multi agency professionals and is solution-focused, with experience in business support. 

Working hours are 37 hours per week 9.00am-5.30pm.

What will you be doing?

You will be required to meet daily deadlines, working in a fast paced, sensitive, and confidential environment. Experience in minute taking and touch typing is desirable as will be a key task for this role. You may also be required to cover our office in Kettering as and when required, so must be able to travel effectively between locations.

About you

This is a varied and rewarding role that requires good verbal and written communication skills.

You will be confident in using IT systems including Microsoft Office.

You have experience of working within a Business Support/Administrative environment supporting operational delivery.

You can establish strong working and effective relationships across numerous stakeholder groups.
