About the role

Business Support Officer- Part Time- 30hrs

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join the Fostering Team (Post Approval), a busy and dynamic team that supervises and supports approved foster carers for the Trust.

Based at Angel Square, you will be supporting the business support function of the team. You will be responsible for the administrative functions to  support foster carers and the Team. The role involves a variety of tasks such as processing medicals, invoices, minuting meetings, correspondence and diary management.

We are looking for someone who can be flexible to meet the needs and demands of the business.

About you

You will be a self-motivated, organised Administrator that delivers professional support for Practitioners and the Management Team.

You work to a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and are able to use your own initiative where appropriate.  

You will have previous experience of working in a customer led environment, whilst maintaining confidentiality and data protection at all times.

You have confident working knowledge of Windows and Microsoft packages (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and experience of using computerised recording systems, although training will be given.

You’re able to prioritise your workload whilst achieving deadlines, in a highly performing and changing environment.
