At the heart of the Trust is a passionate workforce who are committed to supporting children and young people to feel safe, healthy, happy, and ready to learn and achieve.  Your base will be at Russell House in Northampton and you will be located within the Leaving Care Team. We have 3 posts. 1 is full time permanent and 2 of them are a fixed term apprenticeships for 2 years, which will give you further qualifications to enter youth work posts.

What will you be doing?

The Leaving Care Team want to recruit people who have experience of the care system to support our service.  Within this role you will support with our social media platforms, events, and talking to Care Experienced young people to develop the service. You will keep electronic records up to date and attend multi-agency meetings. You will need to be IT literate and have or working towards your English and Maths level 2.

We would love to see lots of applicants from the people using the leaving care service and guarantee an interview for all Care Experienced young people.
