Establishment Control Officer

About the role

An interesting and varied role that is pivotal to maintaining the accuracy of the Trust’s central establishment report, providing highly valued support to all services across Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.

We’re looking for a dedicated individual with great attention to detail, highly solution-focussed, driven and passionate about continuous improvement. This is a  6 month fixed term contract covering an internal secondment

What will you be doing?

  • Work closely with finance, management and service to sense check establishment and produce monthly QSW (Qualified Social Work) vacancy reporting across the Trust reporting to the Senior Leadership team recruitment panel to provide oversight of stats on a number of live vacancies.
  • Support service effectively to complete tasks centrally with key functions via the ERP Gold system along with offering assistance to process a number of necessary changes
  • Maintain audit trail for weekly recruitment panel ensuring SLA’s are met for all approvals to ensure accurate gatekeeping of the establishment
  • Regular collaboration with West Northamptonshire Council’s establishment team
