Learning and Development Administrator

About the role

Are you looking for a position that is challenging, rewarding, interesting and fast paced?

You will be working within our Learning and Development Team as their Business Support. Our Learning and Development Team provides training for all of our NCT staff and your role will have a variety of administrative and organisational tasks. 

Hours are fixed to meet the needs of the service and would be Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:30 and Friday 09:00-17:00  hybrid/office based working arrangements. 

What will you be doing?

Providing a comprehensive, confidential range of effective administrative support

Supporting the team in a variety of task, for example:-

Provide onsite support to L&D team and customers, acting as the contact point for customers at conferences and training events, on occasions out of normal regular hours for continuity of service

Produce a range of high-quality detailed documents for the management team and customers to support efficient service delivery. Including pre and post course support for training providers.

Provide a comprehensive, confidential range of effective and transparent administrative support including monitoring resources and participating in project work to internal and external service users to support delivery requirements.

About you

  • You are positive, solution-focused and flexible, with experience in business support or administration.
  • You are a confident user of  Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and other IT applications 
  • You are approachable and find it easy to build effective working relationships with professionals 
  • You have experience of working in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment.
