Working in the Northamptonshire MASH (Multi-Agency Safeguarding Hub) you will be a MASH officer, working on the frontline with partner agencies to keep children and young people safe.

About you

This is an exciting role for someone with children’s safeguarding experience to be the first point of contact to the public and professionals where there is a child safeguarding concern.

You will work alongside a team of professionals from other agencies including the police and health, making this an interesting and varied role where there are multiple opportunities to learn and develop.

The MASH is a fast-paced team so you will need to be tenacious in collating information from different sources in a robust and timely manner, seeking advice and support from the MASH decision makers and team managers as required.

You are an excellent communicator ensuring that all agencies and professional organisations are given feedback on the progress of cases as well as the ability to discover and collate information from multiple sources.
