Senior Report Developer

About the role

The Northampton Children’s Trust Business Intelligence team is looking for a dynamic, highly motivated and skilled Senior Report Developer who will be responsible for managing the implementation of a data warehouse and handling the more complex requirements of reporting in the Supporting Families database/datasets.

We are in the exciting position of implementing a new warehouse to manage the numerous partnership datafeeds which we use for the Supporting Families program. The successful candidate will be expected to develop relationships with key partners and work closely with the Senior Performance Analyst and Analysts in the team to develop reporting that is fit for purpose, including the testing and training in using the reports to improve services and data quality.

About you

You are educated to degree level qualification or have relevant business experience

You have substantial experience in report development using SQL, Business Objects, Crystal, Excel and MS Access 

You can write SQL code in SSRS, Business Objects and Crystal

You are able to influence and challenge others to facilitate business change and have good stakeholder management skills

You have a sound knowledge of data protection act and principles
