About the role

We have two full time roles within our Family Time (Supervised contact team) which supports children separated from their families allowing them to spend nurturing, fun and family-focused time together.
One position is based in Kettering but covering other locations such as Corby in the North of the county and the other will be based in Penfold in Kingsthorpe, Northampton covering other locations in the West of the county. There is a requirement to cover for each other and so you must have access to a car, as you will need to travel across the county.
Working hours are 09.00-17.30 Monday to Thursday and 09:00-17:00 on a Friday
What will you be doing?
- Work with Family Time co-ordinators to maintain the service offered and to ensure our buildings are kept presentable to a high standard
- Work with Family Time co-ordinators to support the team; their wellbeing, recruitment, induction and monitor staff training records
- You will support the service in using management and planning tools to arrange activities and family time sessions
- Provide effective reception cover at all buildings as needed
- Accurately record minutes of team meetings when required.

You are positive, solution-focused, with experience in business support or administration.
You are experienced with working to daily deadlines, in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment.
