PA to Senior Leadership Team

Please Note: The application deadline for this job has now passed.

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated individual to join a small team of Personal Assistants who between them support Directors, Assistant Directors and the Company Secretary of Northamptonshire Children’s Trust.

What will you be doing?

You will support them by effectively managing their busy diaries and inboxes whilst also preparing for, attending and minuting meetings some of which will be at Board level.

The team work closely together with their Manager to ensure that all the requirements of the Senior Leadership Team are met so you may at times be required to cover work for other members of the team during annual leave and particularly busy periods and you could also be asked to support other projects across NCT.

Based in One Angel Square, we work in line with the team and Director’s requirements and in general team members are in the office for 3 out of the 5 working days per week.  You may also from time to time be required to travel to other parts of the county to support meetings and events.

About you

You may already be a Personal Assistant, or an accomplished administrator who is potentially thinking that a PA role might be for you in the future.  Either way you will need to be very organised, have great attention to detail, be able to multi-task and react quickly to changing priorities and be cool under pressure.

You will enjoy working as part of a team but with your own workload in a fast-paced environment.

You should have a good working knowledge of Outlook, Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Teams and have experience in minute taking.

If you are able to demonstrate these qualities and understand the need for confidentiality then you could be just who we are looking for.

We welcome the opportunity to speak to any interested candidates so please feel free to contact Tracy Bottomley Tracy.Bottomley@nctrust.co.uk  who will be available to contact candidates from Monday 17th June.
