Northamptonshire Children’s Trust is looking for an enthusiastic, dedicated and organised team player to co-ordinate the Northamptonshire Children’s Trust Access to Resources Panels.

The purpose of the panels is to provide a process for the provision and review of services for children and young people which are commissioned by NCT.

The role is office based however, after a successful training period we would consider some hybrid working. Hours are fixed to meet the needs of the service and would be Monday to Thursday 09:00-17:30 and Friday 09:00-17:00.

What will you be doing?

Providing a comprehensive, confidential range of effective administrative support for our Access to Resource Panels which includes;

  • Minuting professional discussions, ensuring an accurate record always exists
  • Liaising with the service to obtain information
  • Communicate invites and agenda to members of the panel
  • Case tracking
  • Monitoring the inbox, responding to queries and receiving referrals for the panel, coordinating these into an agenda

About you

  • You are positive, solution-focused and flexible, with experience in business support or administration.
  • You are a confident user of  Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams and other IT applications 
  • Experience in minute taking and touch typing is essential, as this will be a key task for this role.
  • You are approachable and find it easy to build effective working relationships with professionals 
  • You have experience of working in a fast paced, sensitive and confidential environment.
